Network

Lyin’ Bryan Cranston is mad as hell and he’s not gonna take it anymore! I designed two posters for the 2019 production of Network on Broadway, starring Bryan Cranston, for a continuing education class in Typography at SVA. I focused on the sensationalized media theme of the play, and created posters inspired by tabloid magazines and propaganda posters. I also added phrases I had seen used by politicians or on news chyrons to add some humor to the play information. This visual language can be applied to other branding for the show, like the Playbill.
