Frankenstein

I created a unique design for the classic horror novel Frankenstein for a continuing education class in Typography at SVA. I focused on making custom type, constructing the title out of suture stitches, with letters in different sizes/scales to reflect how the creature was constructed by Victor Frankenstein. I wrote the authors name in blackletter to give it a similar handwritten feel as the title. I used black and green for the main colors, since most horror novels on the shelves use either black and red or black and purple so this will stand out.
